Where is the AGES & UGSA PFS 2026 being held?
The AGES & UGSA Pelvic Floor Symposium will be an in-person meeting delivered at the Crown Conference Centre from Thursday 23 - Saturday 25 July 2026.
The program will consist of Pre Conference Workshops all at at Crown Conference Centre and IMRA on Thursday, followed by plenary sessions on Friday and Saturday.
Accommodation rooms are available at Crown Promenade.
Where is the Conference Dinner being held?
The conference dinner will be held in the River Room at Crown Melbourne.

How do I register for the AGES & UGSA PFS?
Registration for the AGES UGSA PFS 2026 is now open. Register your attendance now!
When does Earlybird Registration close?
Earlybird registrations for the AGES UGSA PFS 2026 will close 11:59pm AEST Friday 15 May 2026.
What do I do if I need to alter or cancel my registration?
All alterations and cancellation need to be received in writing to ages@yrd.com.au and will be subject to the relevant registration terms and conditions.
What catering is included?
Catering will be provided during the breaks as outlined in the program.
The conference organisers have noted any special dietary requirements you have recorded in your Currinda profile. Please ask a staff member if you need assistance.
Accommodation
Is there a conference hotel?

How do I book accommodation?
Booking your accommodation is quick and easy! Once you've selected your registration for the event, you’ll be directed to the accommodation page where you can choose the hotel and dates that suit your needs.
Please note that full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
What do I do if I need to alter or cancel my accommodation?
Accommodation Providers have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact YRD as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. YRD will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
Credit card guarantee
A credit card will be required to guarantee incidentals for your accommodation. You’ll need to provide these details when checking in at the hotel.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located the Conference Hall Foyer.
The opening hours will be:
Thursday, 23 July: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Friday, 24 July: 8:00am - 4.30pm
Saturday, 25 July: 8:30am - 4.30pm
Conference Name Tags
Name tags and lanyards will be provided at the conference. Official name badges must be worn or produced on demand at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all Conference sessions and to social functions. Proof of identity will be required for the issue of replacement badges.
Photography
A photographer will be onsite throughout the conference for Social Media and Marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your photo to be taken, please advise the photographer.
Alternate colour lanyards will be available at the registration desk for those who wish to not be photographed.
Dress Code
The dress code for the meeting will be smart casual.
Please note that due to the air-conditioning in the venue, the temperature in the rooms can get quite cold. Please bring a jacket or wrap just in case

Directions from Multi Level Car Park
Please refer to the directions below to access the M Rooms and the Conference Hall.
- From the multilevel car park, take the elevator to Level 1.
- Follow the air bridge next to retail shops. Refer to event directional boards.
- Continue on the air bridge.
- Turn right through the glass doors and continue through the event space. Refer to event directional boards.
- Take the hallway on the left to the M Rooms or take the escalator up to Level 2 to the Conference Hall Foyer.

Public Transport Directions
By Train
Travel to either:
- Southern Cross Station, or
- Flinders Street Station
Both stations are within easy walking distance of Crown Melbourne
From Southern Cross Station
- Exit Southern Cross Station toward Spencer Street.
- Walk south along Spencer Street and cross the Yarra River via Seafarers Bridge or continue via Clarendon Street.
- Follow signs to Crown Melbourne.
- The Crown Conference Centre is located within Crown Promenade.
- Approximate walking time: 10–15 minutes.
From Flinders Street Station
- Exit Flinders Street Station and walk across Queens Bridge toward Southbank.
- Continue along Southbank Boulevard/Clarendon Street toward Crown Melbourne.
- Enter Crown Promenade and follow signage to the Conference Centre / Conference Hall.
- Approximate walking time: 10–15 minutes.
By Tram
The closest tram stop to the Crown Conference Centre is:
Stop 124A – Casino/MCEC/Clarendon Street
- Served by tram routes including 109 and other services operating via Clarendon Street.
From the stop:
- Walk 2–3 minutes into Crown Melbourne.
- Follow signs to Crown Promenade and the Conference Centre.
Directions to Conference Dinner - River Room
Please note the directions below from the Conference Hall to the River Room on Level 1 of the Crown Towers building.
- Make your way down to Level 1 via the Conference Hall lifts or escalators.
- Walk through the hallway past M14- M11, heading towards Crown Promenade Hotel Lobby.
- Exit out of the Crown Promenade Hotel Lobby onto the Crown Promenade Hotel driveway, heading towards Crown Towers.
- Enter Crown Towers via the Crown Atrium doors, located between Prada & Louboutin.
- Take the path to the left of the grand staircase, passing Atrium bar to a set of escalators on the left-hand side.
- Take the escalator up to Level 1, Crown River Room is straight ahead.

Conference Terms and Conditions
By registering for the event, you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
Payment
YRD prefers payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express at time of registration. Visa and Mastercard payments incur a 1.5% credit card fee and American Express payments incur a 1.5% credit card fee. Please note that Credit Card Fees are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, YRD is unable to accept payment by Diners Club.
Credit card payments entered via your dashboard will be processed directly by YRD’s Credit Card Merchant. Your credit card details will not be stored by YRD.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The Conference Organisers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Please speak to your travel agent or airline and carefully consider their refund and cancellation policies when making arrangements for attendance at the conference.

Entry Visa
All participants from countries outside Australia are responsible for complying with visa and entry requirements and re-entry permits to their own countries. Letters to support visa applications will be sent upon request, but only after completion of registration and receipt of fees.
