Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) Requirements

Adelaide Convention Centre is a COVID-19 fully vaccinated venue. All persons aged 16 years or older wishing to enter the Centre are currently required to have a minimum of two doses of an Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration approved COVID-19 vaccine. Proof of vaccination will be required to gain entry.

Any person with an official Australian Government medical exemption (otherwise known as a medical contraindication) will need to provide proof of a negative PCR COVID test result for the 72 hour period prior to seeking entry along with their official documentation. This will be noted on your immunisation history statement and COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Venue bans apply for non-compliance.

For contact tracing purposes, any person arriving onsite at the ACC must check-in via the SA Government’s COVID Safe Check-In app.

Masks are to be worn in shared indoor public places unless you have a medical exemption, for which evidence must be produced upon request, or in circumstances where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication, such as to enable communication by or with any patron who is deaf or hard of hearing.

All ACC staff are committed to maintaining a COVIDSafe workplace and have undertaken dedicated COVIDSafe training, with ongoing education on the latest developments. All staff are aware of the official venue procedure should anyone onsite present with any symptoms of COVID-19.

The Adelaide Convention Centre reserves the right to change its Conditions of Entry at any time, including the possible requirement for COVID-19 booster shots.

ACC COVID-19 Information

The Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) puts the health and wellbeing of its guests and team members as a top priority. They will continue to actively monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 and follow the latest advice and guidelines issued by SA Health, the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organisation. To provide confidence and ensure a safe environment for visiting delegates and clients, the ACC has developed a comprehensive COVID Management Plan, which has been approved by the South Australian Government. This document outlines a range of operational procedures and measures in place at the venue along with additional recommendations for clients.

Please note, the final implementation of any of these measures is subject to Federal and South Australian Government requirements at the time of each event.
