About this Workshop:
This hands-on masterclass is built for clinicians who want to put AI to work in everyday practice - without the hype or the jargon. Rather than trying to cover everything, Julian will focus on the most significant tools you can use straight away to make a difference in your professional life: tools to draft and refine letters and correspondence, ways to cut down administrative load, lesser-known AI tools worth knowing about, and simple techniques for getting precise, reliable results. Through live demonstrations and real-world examples, you'll see exactly how these tools work in a professional setting, with time to try them yourself and ask questions. The emphasis throughout is on safe, responsible use in a clinical context. You'll leave with a few specific, ready-to-use ideas to make your working life easier - and the confidence to start applying them the moment you're back at your desk.
A workshop program is still underway and will be shared with delegates once it becomes available.
What You Will Need

- It is recommended that you have access to Chat GPT or Claude (a paid/business subsciption is preferred, but not necessary) to get the most out of this workshop. Please note, Copilot is not a suitable plaform for this workshop.
You must be a registered attendee for the AGES Focus Meeting in order to attend this workshop. As we anticipate this workshop to sell very quickly, we strongly recommend securing your space at your earliest convenience to avoid missing out.
About the Facilitator:
Julian Moore is one of Australasia's leading experts in the practical use of AI, helping professionals and organisations move from curiosity to confident, everyday use. He's known for his engaging, demonstration-led sessions - building AI tools live in front of the audience to show what's possible right now. Julian has worked across healthcare, government, associations and the corporate sector in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, always with a focus on safe, responsible use in professional settings. For the AGES Focus Meeting, he brings that practical lens to a clinical audience, cutting through the noise to show busy clinicians how AI can make their work easier.
