General
The AGES ASM 2025 will be an in-person meeting delivered at the Crown Perth from Thursday 27th February - Saturday 1st March 2025.

Registration
Registration for the AGES ASM 2025 is now open. Register your attendance now!
Earlybird registrations for the AGES ASM 2025 will close 11:59pm AEST Friday 20th December 2025.
Double Meeting Packages include attendance at the AGES Annual Scientific Meeting (February, Perth), and the AGES Peri-Operative Surgical Meeting (August, Melbourne) in 2025.
Double Meeting Packages can be purchased prior to 11:59pm AEST Friday 20th December 2024.
This package is available to AGES members only.
All alterations and cancellation need to be received in writing to ages@yrd.com.au and will be subject to the relevant registration terms and conditions.
Catering will be provided during the breaks as outlined in the program.
The conference organisers have noted any special dietary requirements you have recorded in your Currinda profile. Please ask a staff member if you need assistance.
Accommodation
The AGES Secretariat has organised discounted accommodation rates at the Crown Towers, Crown Metropol, and Crown Promenade. To view the rates, click here.
Booking your accommodation is quick and easy! Once you've selected your registration for the event, you’ll be directed to the accommodation page where you can choose the hotel and dates that suit your needs.
Please note that full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Accommodation Providers have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact YRD as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. YRD will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
A credit card will be required to guarantee incidentals for your accommodation. You’ll need to provide these details when checking in at the hotel.

The registration desk will be located outside the Grand Ballroom.
The opening hours will be:
Thursday, 27th February 2025: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Friday, 28th February: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, 1st March: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Name tags and AGES lanyards will be provided at the conference. Official name badges must be worn or produced on demand at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all Conference sessions and to social functions. Proof of identity will be required for the issue of replacement badges.
The AGES Secretariat will organise an official photographer to be onsite throughout the conference for Social Media and Marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your photo to be taken, please advise the photographer.
Alternate colour lanyards will be available at the registration desk for those who wish to not be photographed.

The dress code for the meeting will be smart casual.
Please note that due to the air-conditioning in the venue, the temperature in the rooms can get quite cold. Please bring a jacket or wrap just in case
T&C's and Policies
By registering for the event, you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
YRD prefers payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express at time of registration. Visa and Mastercard payments incur a 1.7% credit card fee and American Express payments incur a 1.7% credit card fee. Please note that Credit Card Fees are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, YRD is unable to accept payment by Diners Club.
Credit card payments entered via your dashboard will be processed directly by YRD’s Credit Card Merchant. Your credit card details will not be stored by YRD.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The Conference Organisers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Please speak to your travel agent or airline and carefully consider their refund and cancellation policies when making arrangements for attendance at the conference.

All participants from countries outside Australia are responsible for complying with Australian visa and entry requirements and reentry permits to their own countries. Letters to support visa applications will be sent upon request, but only after completion of registration and receipt of fees.
